Thanks for visiting!
We offer mobile notary services by appointment only at the location your request for us to drive to.
All notaries are licensed and bonded as required by the California Secretary of State.
The way it works is you submit an appoint request via email and the nearest mobile notary will contact you within 2 business days to set up an appointment at your requested location. At that time, the notary will go over the cost of the mobile notary service, which will be paid upon the arrival of the notary.
Things that are needed that you should consider prior to requesting an appointment are as follows, but not limited to:
Acceptable Forms of Identification issued within past 5 years.
- California Driver's License
- California Identification Card
- Canada Driver's License
- Mexico Driver's license
- US Passport
- US Military ID Card
- Inmate ID Card
- Other State Driver's License
- Other State Identification card
- Foreign Passports stamped by USCIS
***If no such ID is available and cannot be reasonably obtained, the signer may have TWO CREDIBLE WITNESSES WITH VALID IDENTIFICATION PRESENT who know you and can attest to who you are UNDER OATH.***
Notaries Public are prohibited by law from rendering legal advice of any nature during or in conjunction with a Notarial Act. If you have any questions, please consult an attorney PRIOR to contacting a Notary. You will be asked for the type of notarial act requested if it is not clear to the notary from the documents presented.
Any suspicious signings requested will be denied and documented for reporting to local authorities.
